Reports are sent from the launcher. It packs your logs for you, and we can reply to you there. The form that used to be on this page is closed.
Open the ODG launcher and press SIGN IN WITH STEAM on the ACCOUNT tab. You sign in on Steam's own page. Reports only come from accounts signed in with Steam, so we know who sent each one and can answer it.
Start OPERATOR with LAUNCH in the launcher and play until the problem shows up. That run writes the logs we need. A report without them can't be sent.
Open REPORT. Pick what went wrong, say what you were doing in a sentence or two, and press SEND REPORT. You'll get a ticket number.
Replies show up on the REPORT tab, with a count on the tab when there's something new. You can answer back from there.
